Can I still use my Pinless call account from phones other than my registered phone?

Yes, you can. In this case, after dialing the access number, you should dial in your PIN number which should be emailed to you at the time when you open your account.

How do I use Pinless Call Services?

Dial one of our Pinless local access numbers

NOTE: If your caller ID is blocked by your local company, then you should dial *82 first to release your caller ID, and then dial the access number.

NOTE: Local access numbers are available only in Southern California. National toll free access number is not available for Pinless Call Serveices. If you are not in Southern California, then you should register your mobile phone number to this Pinless Call Services, and use the mobile phone to call one of our
Pinless call account local access numbers.

After you hear the voice prompt, dial the number you want to call
For US, Canada, and Carribean countries, dial 1 + area code + phone number
For other international calls, dial 011 + country code + regional code + phone number

Then, you will be connected.

Differences between Pinless Call Services and Prepaid Rechargable Account

It is easier to use Pinless Call Services when making a call from your registered telephone  because you do not need to dial the PIN, however, there is nonational toll free number, but only Southern California local access number is available.

Prepaid Rechargable Call Account requires to input PIN when being used. However, you may select you own easy-to-remember PIN number, and you have both Souther California local access numbers as well as national toll free access numbers. Also rates for Prepaid Rechargable Call Accounts are slightly lower in many regions comparing to the rates of Pinless Call accounts
